She was elected to Fellowship, American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologist in 1999 and holds active licenses in Indian, Virginia and Oklahoma. She received her Doctor of Medicine Degree in 1991 at the University of Illinois, College of Medicine at Rockford, Il. She completed her combined Internship and Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Carillon Center for Women and Children at Roanoke Community Hospital in Roanoke, VA in 1995.
Her special focus in natural family planning led her to being trained in the Billings Method in Australia and the U.S. Dr. Martin’s focus on sharing this information with her patients was the first clinical setting advocation of the Billings Method. She is a member of the Board of BOMA-USA and was recently named a Specialist Consultant to WOOMB International. Rocky and Jessica Low met in the African bush of war-torn northern Uganda. Jessica was there for the summer facilitating college teams that were coming over to share the gospel and Rocky was on the first college team that came over. Now, over six years later they have 3 beautiful girls (Evelynn Rain, Ember Liberty, and Lily Praise) and still carry a deep heart for international missions and the gospel to be displayed through their lives. Jessica is a registered nurse and is excited to use her profession to see young girls and women know their invaluable worth and be empowered to overcome whatever challenging situation they currently face. Rocky works for a Christian medical sales company that's main focus is to shine the light of Jesus in the orthopedic community. He's also excited to team up with Gateway and see women transformed.
